  • Shipping Policy

Stickers and prints orders will ship within a week or two from when they are placed.

For "pre-order" items orders will be processed at the end of every week. Apparel will be ready approximately 1 week after processing. Acrylic items will be ready approximately 4 weeks after processing.

If you have ordered different items, your package will be shipped once the last pre-order item is ready.

I will notify of any changes in processing times in "Pre-Order Info"

Please note that processing/shipping times during holiday seasons and shop updates may be longer than usual. Currently it's only one person fulfilling all orders; I appreciate your patience!
Tracking will be emailed to you.
If there any delays I will contact you via the email you provided.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Additional taxes/charges/fees


Please understand that I am not responsable for any additional taxes/charges/fees and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You can check with your country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before ordering.

 

  • "I need to cancel/adjust my order"

If you made a mistake in your order and want to adjust/cancel, please email me ASAP at hello@iruno.art with your full name, order number, and the item(s) you need adjusted/cancelled.
Please note that we cannot adjust or cancel any orders that have already been processed, packed and/or shipped. 

 

  • Return & Refunds

Returns are not accepted. If your order arrived damaged please send a video or pictures of the package and the item before unpacking it. If it is determined that there is a major issue with the product, a new item will be sent or the cost of said product will be refunded.
